Planning a run from Starnberg train station back home…

Somewhere around 18-20 km….

The idea is to leave train station, no map, only rough direction (home coordinates) for orientation…compass, that’s it.

Bogenschiessen… ein neues Abenteuer

Im Juni geht es los… Anfängerkurs Bogenschiessen.

Bin gespannt ob meine Erwartungen an das Bogenschiessen erfüllt werden.

Konzentration ist Entspannung…

Konzentration auf Körperhaltung und Körperspannung.

Konzentration beim fokussieren auf das Ziel.

Dann der Schuss…

Bogenschiessen nicht als Sport, sondern zur Entspannung.

BMW Welt Photo Shooting

Lange ist es her, dass ich die Kamera in der Hand hatte….zu lange.

Dank einiger neuer Kontakte haben wir nun eine Combo zusammen, die ein Hobby teilen: Fotografie

Nach einem Treffen zum Kennenlernen haben wir uns gestern gleich auf die Socken gemacht um ein paar Fotos zu schiessen.

16:00 Treffen in der BMW Welt. Draussen war es noch zu hell, so dass wir erstmal in der BMW Welt ein paar Fotos gemacht haben.

Danach ging es dann endlich raus in die Kälte, mit Stativen bewaffnet haben wir der Kälte getrotzt und ordentlich Fotos geschossen.

Nur ne kleine Auswahl…wir fangen gerade erst an, mehr wird folgen…

PS3 Addiction: 1 year later — sober

A year ago I realized I’m kinda addicted to PS3 and Computer games.

A year later as of today I can tell I’m sober.

Yes, I had a relapse in the middle of the year.
I’ve found an old friend, a game I’ve missed if not lost for many years.
Sid Meyers Pirates ready for the iPad.
Good for me that I realized that this game had more magic in it when I was 15.
Now it is just boring and repetitive and I was able to delete it a couple of days later.

Do I miss my PS3? Not at all.

As mentioned in the article above I sleep better and I’m less aggressive.
I started writing for myself, working on smaller projects
which gives me more satisfaction as a killed pixel dude on TV.
Taking pictures, playing my guitar, reading good books, getting tattooed,
becoming a volunteer — things like that make me happy and satisfied.
